Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2) is a simple, non-copyleft license, allowing for the right to “use, copy, distribute, make available, and prepare derivative works of the software”.

Anyone can use vSMTP Open edition, free of charge. You can run the software at scale on your infrastructure as long as you adhere and comply with the conditions and terms of use described in ELv2.

Especially, you cannot provide vSMTP and its modules to others as a managed service.
